I disagree with it being a hatred song. The whole I don't miss you stuff, seems to be referring to his physical body in the context of the song.

Like about having an out of body experience. IMO, anyway.

My thoughts were it was written through the eyes of Chi.

Not trolling. Go listen to Texture (Ferment), Broken Head (Chrome), White Page (Get Your Goat), The Scientists (Downward), and Broken Nose (Adam & Eve) and that's the last half of Gore.  It's pretty funny actually, the way it is

Oh man. Texture is an absolute CW gem. That's amazing how you can immediately hear the similarities to those 90s influence woven into this album

He says that, but you can't tell me HITE isn't about Deftones almost breaking up, Beware isn't about his struggles with addiction, Mascara and Xerces aren't about his ex-wife, Beauty School and Option aren't about his wife, Risk/976/Entombed aren't about Chi, etc. Yes, most of his stuff is cryptic, but his life and experiences are still going to influence some of his stuff.

Completely agree. A lot of his songs are easy to figure out .. And others not so much.
