are you sure you're not in america hahaha if you get a chance, you should go to southeast turkey especially the hakkari region.

I will definitely go to Hakkari region some time in the future some of my friends already told me about this place.

all the minorities live there as it has been their homeland for longer than the turks have been there. my mum's people come from konak (qodchanis) and my dad's village is no where to be found on a map, which will be distressing for me when i try to visit, but i think it's south of konak.

you're quite lucky you're there. my friend was there two years ago and he said they don't get many tourists in the hakkari province. please take photos!
