The new Mark Lanegan album came out today!

You should all listen to that. That man never fails to deliver the goods.

This is one of my favorite songs ever:

Sludge, post-metal, doom.

Ffo: Neurosis, Cult of Luna, ISIS

Really loving this album.

It'll definitely be in my playlist on friday. Unfortunately, Amenra haven't really done it for me in the past, and listening to this new song makes me think they probably won't this time either. But I have to give it a go. The style is right up my alley, i don't know why i don't love these guys.

I like it more than their previous albums.

There's something absurdly intense about their sound. I'm weirdly drawn by it.

Both their albums are worth checking out.

We have a strong black metal and death metal scene at the moment. I don't know if you're into that, but I think you'd dig Slaegt. It's very melodic and catchy...kinda like Kvelertak, but more in the veins of classic rock mixed with black metal.

Crazylegs

Not really into black- nor death metal, usually. Everything you posted now sounds pretty good though. We'll see if some of them stick.

The new Earthless album is already a strong contender for AOTY. Loooove the inclusion of vocals.

I only gave it one listen thus far. Sounds solid, though it didn't exactly blow my mind. I think it will be a grower though.
