Big Announcement coming September 21st ?

2 sources (one since deleted) have said a BIG announcement is coming September 21st.

Possibly a 2013 edition of "BlackDiamondSkye"? I'm thinking Soundgarden/Deftones/Scars on Broadway.

All 3 have new albums coming out and both Deftones and Soundgarden releasing new songs this week (in time for 'BIG announcement' ?).

November/December in the US taking it to UK/Europe for the first time in January/February.

I loved Soundgarden back in the day, great band. But the idea of a Deftones tour with them does not please me...why?

Deftones would almost certainly open for Soundgarden, hell they opened for SOAD. This means a shorter setlist and with a new record on the way and a desire to hear some old school deep cuts as well this would not be a good situation for us true fans...

i agree, it would be disappointing having the Deftones opening again, but if they were to open, Soundgarden would be an ideal band to open for. That would be a fucking sweet show to see. i'm dedicating November 13 to listening to Koi No Yokan and King Animal from SG.

If anything it's probably just some more tour dates. Really hoping for something remotely close. Already in debt about $1,200 from my last two concert trips but I guess that's what you get when the nearest concerts are 2 provinces and 14 hours away. Did I ever mention how much I hate where I live? Oh I did? About 37,000 times you say? Well then... I digress.

lol NS isn't the best place for concerts thats for sure.

I think the announcement is just going to be the KNY headline tour that's going to happen in November... But I guess you never know with these guys.
