What goes around comes around. If you're just waiting for people to make a move towards you, this could take a long time. 

I don't know you in person, so I'm not gonna judge, but for example nobody talks to the shy guy who is all thoughtful and isolated.

The best advice I can give you, show people around you who you are.

For example, some things make you angry, so be angry. If you're having a good time, laugh like you mean it and be as goofy as you like if you're fooling around... this way people will have something to "work with", you know what I mean?
