This is clean as hell, the green kinds changed to like a emerald, like silk green

I've been trying to make a phone wallpaper with this but it's not coming together

All I did was rotate it left 90 degrees, put it as my Lock Screen, then in put the same image on my main wallpaper and just changed it to black and white

Always a good time but right now I don't have high expectations for the new record unless the single dropping proves me wrong.

Same. They might literally be the only singular thing in my life that has never disappointed or let me down in like 20+ years of being a fan. Which is pretty nuts. If anything, they are consistent.

I was very very disappointed by self-titled because my expectations were never going to be met after white pony. I got extremely depressed because of that. Yea I was young. I like the album now, but this wasn't what i wanted and needed then.

Now I fully stopped having any expectations, and just hope I like it enough, and if not, oh well. It happened with Gore already unfortunately.

Yeah, SNW was like that for me - especially after hearing a few of the earlier demos, the Team Sleep album, what I liked about the previous couple of albums etc. So much unrealized potential where it felt like they could have made something not just weird and slightly proggier but where Chino was going to be playing around with American mythology [titles of the leaked demos, the Poe stuff on the TS album] like he'd done with apocalyse and California Gothic on Deftones. Then the guy's voice sounded shot, and he generally seemed burned out, more on autopilot lyrically. The Cherry Waves and Combat demos have more interesting structures too, more ragged and trippy, before he re-arranged them: Chino just didn't seem to be firing, maybe because of the drugs and the stress. 

For me WP and Deftones are still the high-mark, but they've rekindled some of those energies of individual songs and parts of albums since then (end-tracks tend to be particularly good, although Ohms' was just 'ok). Chino's voice has mostly recovered, although maybe lost his very highest 1-2 notes; he can still turn a phrase at times and produce something crystalline or odd. 

Even though I've stopped expecting they'll be transcendent like the band I had in my head in those earlier years, you stack the later albums up against most other things in rock post 2010, especially bands that don't specialize in being 'the melodic prog death band' or 'blackgaze', and they're pretty much top of the pile.
