i am rather large, but that's a dinky model, i guess.  it's the same size as my ibanez, though.  could just be the angle of the pic.  i think the next one i get is gonna be a baritone, those are badass.

thanks.  I dont think I look cool.  In fact im tempted to shave every day.  But three things are keeping this going.  One, my whole team out here is doing it and if I shave I will get crap.  two, I am WAY way out of regulations with the moustache and sideburns.  And so its kind of my way of rebellion as I am serving with the marines who actually care about these things.  If I shave.  It will look like they won.  Three, afgans respect age and facial hair.  And even if it only makes me look 1 month older, its better for me.  They will listen to me more and I will have just the much more of a chance to not be ass raped when I am out in the field with them with only one other marine and like 60 of them.  But thank you for the compliment.

yeah, that's what i did, cept w/o the moustache and with a goatee.  prepare to be really really frustrated for a year or so.  i started growing mine last october not completely through with puberty and it's finally as thick and the right shape as i've wanted to to be the whole time in these last couple weeks.  totally worth it though, beards are t3h s3x
