i just finished downloading Twin Peaks Seasons 1 and 2, and from what i've seen so far it's fuckin excellent. i also downloaded Blue Velvet, but i havent gotten around watching it tho. but im lookin foward to it.

can anyone suggest for mr other lynch movies?

nope, it may never get to colorado in theatres and i'm bummed cuase i've never seen lynch on the big screen (well, i have but on DVD....and that's just fucking dumb compared to seeing lynch on film. or in this case, on a digital projection of a digitally shot movie).

twin peaks freaked me out again last night. righteous.

on a more important note:

i think i might use found footage from Lynch's films in my senior filmmaking thesis. i'm gonna transfer all the shit i need from dvd to 16mm film and then fuck with it on an optical printer and see what i can come up with.

stayed tuned, if this pans out like i hope it does, i'll post some in-progress work.

ya, youre right. i dont mean to sound like a debbie downer... but its just like, ive think ive had every possible discussion on lynch... and im waiting for  either a.) a bigger better lynch flick to come out and shake some sense into me (i havent seen inland) or b.) a new filmmaker who blows david out of the water... but even at that, lynch is classic, and i bet that new kid, was influenced by him...
