Ok now I really need the CD copy. There"s so many sounds on these tracks and the fucking bass parts are killer. But this crappy rip quality is starting to annoy me.

It is not so bad but I agree that the bass does take a major hit.

Listen to it through some real speakers and a sub or 2.. The bass is pretty damn fat.

You don't want to buy vinyl from amazon. They ship it in a box, not an LP mailer, and it fucks up the cover.

I am glad you brought this up. First off I have been a fan since the start. I am conflicted because I straight up LOVE Diamond Eyes. I understand that when I get something new from the band I am always in love with it at first. However it is hard to call this their best work knowing that Chi is not on the record.

Sergio is great and I love his work as well but again it is not the same. It would be very hard for me to say which record is best.

Maybe that is why I love Deftones so much. I think it is ALL good. Today my favorite record is Diamond Eyes. In three months it will be White Pony or ATF. Who knows........I am mysterious like that

I feel the same way about DE as I did with WP when it came out for some reason. Never got that with ST and SNW.
