yes, i dont know what's wrong with the dime torrents, i download other torrents and they works fine

check your dime profile and read rules; your share ration is 0.00, it means you have downloaded without any uploading which is very naughty and dime has a policy against that, you would have to ether upload something or contact dime admin.
