Anyone know what the deftones have been doing at the BBC? Obviously playing music lol. But I've just seen a twit pic titled finishing up at the BBC. I was wondering what I've missed or what might be coming up.

Looks like the maida vale studio. So they have been playing and or recording there I'm guessing.

They usually do it for radio (obv) but sometimes film it and release it as a video, so there could be awesome studio footage soon! (hoping)

But I've not heard anything about them doing anything on the radio. I've googles and found nothing. Maybe it's to be aired sometime in the future. Problem is I try not to listen to the radio much as it's full of shit. But withou listening I'm gonna miss the details.

Ah that's what I was thinking of but couldn't remember the name - live lounge. Hope it is that as they get great recordings!

Can't wait to hear this. Last time deftones were here they played mascara. I think it is the only time they played mascara since or after 2001.

Radio for sure. Usually with some bands they film it as well and put it on the internerd n stuff. I'm hoping for the latter as well.

That might be why i thought it was the only one for years cause it was so awesome. Also maybe the best live version of beware recorded also. So there is alot to look forward to with this sesion.

Really cool interview and amazing Mascara, thank you. Comparing Chino live then and what I heard live on Wednesday in ULU... He sounds better now.
Cool how Stef lets rip on Chino, and Chino just takes it and agrees in this interview. "He's an a-hole and hard to work with" and "a-hole Chino"
Can you imagine Deftones with a different singer though? Who would take over and how would that have worked... I know they've said this so many times that they considered a new singer but honestly...
Poor guy if anyone took over.
