Someone managed to tune into the frequency of their earpieces at one of their shows earlier this year and ripped the audio of the show, it sounded better than a soundboard. I don't know the technology or if there's a device that can do the same thing at this show.

didn't someone say that the venue's going to be completely dark? what's stopping someone from hitting record on their phone, dropping it into a bag with some air holes so the audio quality isn't awful, and vibing?

i do think i'm probably going to avoid leaks if they come out atp + i'll try not to listen to the third single until the album drops.

i think i've managed to listen to both singles under 10 times, but to be fair part of that willpower is because i've been working on a (related) passion project and a big part of that project is video editing/clipping, which i can't have music on for. i need to be able to hear where speech starts/stops and clip things so that i don't cut people off, but the cropping isn't too harsh.

i was thinking of a small, rectangular cloth bag that would hide the screen and any low light (i have one like this for my phone if i'm wearing an outfit with no pockets), but i do also tend to keep my phone on the lowest brightness settings possible. i've also seen clear baggies for phones, but that kinda defeats the purpose since it's clear.

Just saying, even if I went to one of those listening parties, I would just enjoy it and not be concentrating on keeping my phone and my actions discreet. I mean seriously, think about it if you were there and the album was just about to come out literally just come out... Wouldn't you want to just listen intently? Would be pretty harsh for any one of us here on this forum if you got kicked out right after my mind is a mountain. Hahahahahaha
