There is not. There is a certain if crest that's 4:48 long, floating around, but that's not the correct length of the song, it's just a version that got looped.

Do they (the band) still have a charity for Chi or any other charities they currently work with?

I heard the songs (definitely feel weird about it) and I think it would be a good gesture to send a donation on behalf of them and Chi. If everyone who listened donated that would be amazing.

They did that Ohms "adopt a dot" charity thing back in 2020.  UC Davis children's hospital maybe? That was the same place the donations went to.

Yeah I really like this, I just sent in a donation and marked it in tribute of Chi & on behalf of Deftones. If some kind of a donation drive is organized I'll contribute.

The one love fb page appeared so-(ish) but the website is not, there were a few other charities I tried scoping earlier, but they are not current either

Yes, some have already narrowed it down. I cannot remember now which was linked to which because there is a lot of information circulating I have had to process attempting to verify legit claims from illegitimate ones; it all makes my head spin. I am sure someone will chime in confirming the validity of what we are saying, LoL

It's not about the money, and yet it is (it's always about money). Like others pointed out here, the Eros material is special to them and it's sort of like this; you start a project with your friend (who you consider a brother) and collaborate together but then your friend unfortunately passes away before you can finish it. Someone then comes by, steals your work and puts it on display for the entire world to see without your consent and even profits from it.

I hope Deftones do polish up the songs and release an EP at the least, and share the profits with Chi's family.

Sometimes these types of leaks actually end up pushing the band to release things commercially, so don't lose all hope. Case in point, radiohead sold the full mini disc demos on bandcamp after someone leaked it.
