Kinda odd this happened two days after Chino's birthday. I really want to hear what the band has to say about it.

Nah, I never thought it was from Chino or the band. This would be a stupid way to share that material with fans. Maybe someone that works with the band in some capacity, or more likely someone who works for WB. Just sucks it happened around his birthday.

We've heard from his wife now, you can bet the band is fucking pissed. I'm just very bummed about it tbh. I mean, I've been wanting to hear this material for 18 years... that's fucking crazy. Now, they're definitely never going to revisit the album, but I didn't think they would anyways, so as a fan I couldn't help myself. My girlfriend and I listened to it last night. Very bittersweet, just wanted to hear Chi again. I am very sorry to the band this happened, I personally won't feel right to contribute to it spreading on the internet but I won't judge anyone else for doing so. It is what it is. 

Sometimes these types of leaks actually end up pushing the band to release things commercially, so don't lose all hope. Case in point, radiohead sold the full mini disc demos on bandcamp after someone leaked it.

Of course they're fucking pissed at something they're not profiting from. I don't mean it in a bad way, like they're complete sellouts or something, but at the end of the day, they're part of the music business. When you have a bad day at work, you get mad.

That said, hundreds of the industry people involved must have had access to these files over the years. I seriously doubt it'd make that much of a difference to get all emotional about it if maybe 5 percent of the fanbase will actually care to search for some shady zip archives.

They're making tons of money right now. If you've read any of the dozens of interviews they've given you'd know this is special album to them because of what happened to Chi. Don't project onto them.

That "disclosure day 👽" comment seemed too happy and was written too quickly after the leak.

I just don't see Chino learning that Eros has been leaked and immediately thinking "I better log into Sharing Lungs to leave a cool little comment"...

Hello, before I say anything else. I just wanted to say thank you for waiting patiently and all the support that I have been sent via messages on here. I truly appreciate it.

Anyways let's get to the main point now, the time is finally here, the Destiny Session files is now available on the tracker.

I have re-upped the tracker and made some changes while it was down, somebody helped me with visual changes to make it look nicer. I also added a recent tab where you can see the most recent leaks by newest to oldest date. I also added track recorded dates.

I recommend you make a copy of the tracker in case it gets taken down again.

I know the forums said no links but considering the fact that when all the links, we're removed but mine was still up. I think it's fine if I post the link to my tracker, if not then delete it and I'm sorry.

There is not. There is a certain if crest that's 4:48 long, floating around, but that's not the correct length of the song, it's just a version that got looped.

I heard the songs (definitely feel weird about it) and I think it would be a good gesture to send a donation on behalf of them and Chi. If everyone who listened donated that would be amazing.

Yeah I really like this, I just sent in a donation and marked it in tribute of Chi & on behalf of Deftones. If some kind of a donation drive is organized I'll contribute.
