At first, I was with everyone else in thinking the band must be pissed off right now...

But looking back at tokyodrifter's comment:

"Disclosure Day 👽"

Seems like at least Chino kind of approves???

Are we sure this is chino?

Uh I doubt that's chino... from what I've heard, no one is happy about this

what have you heard?

Simply that they're figuring out how it leaked and they're not happy about it.

Do you know if they had their own plans to release any of it?

Are there still any plans for the future?

I have not had that specific conversation, but from what I understand anecdotally, they had no plans to revisit it. There was always the hope of some career retrospective kind of thing at the end of the road, but these songs were buried for the time being.

Pages of chatter and barely any discussion of the songs themselves.  Electra is the greatest they have recorded in 20 years.  Destiny is insanely uplifting.  These songs have SO MUCH potential if they were properly finished.

Currently adding descriptions to each track so people will know what the differences are between each version.

In terms of the bounce files, they are legit. They are from a session folder which hasn't been leaked yet but will be later today or tomorrow. This will be the final leak

In terms of the difference, DESTINY MS Bounce Regular is a further developed version than destiny_ruffvocals2007 containing the completed instrumental with more finished vocals and backing vocals during the chorus from Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park.

DESTINY MS Bounce Shorter is basically the same as the previous version but with altered structure, containing no bridge after each chorus.

I can almost with utmost certainty say that it is most likely Chino.

Scenario: Chino uploads Smile to youtube. This brand new account on here, made that day, finds that specific video on Chino's personal youtube channel, copied the link, comes to the bands "official" message board and posts "don't say i never gave you anything

I'm going to be hard pressed to believe that all of that is just a massive coincidence.

Either the leak came from someone who worked with Terry Date...

Or from the recent catalog sale, where hard drives where probably moved around and someone got access.
