Most dragon combat takes place in the air so trying to flip the other dragon would be kind of pointless.  The body mechanics of dragons is quite different from humans so I'd imagine most Judo techniques would be ineffectual.  Plus, dragons don't wear gis.

A hungry tourist? Nah, it's just me quite drunk around midday in a weird town. Reasonable drinking and student parties just don't fit in the same sentence. But it's fun anyway! :)
