I hope you're not laughing because you don't like one of the best albums ever.

i think it's the most overrated album in indie history.

it's a good album, but not as amazing as people say...

i need some cool catchy indie rock. but not the normal stuff of any new new wave retro britpop shit

something special like the spinto band. that was the last band in that genre i really enjoyed a lot.

i found some catchy moments there, but it's like guys were too fast to release something. I think they should have worked more on this album

I like these bands in the post-rock/indie/experimental genres: A Whisper In The Noise and The Appleseed Cast. And the fun Aussie indie/pop band The Grates.

btw, have you heard this? Slow  Runner - Shiv! Really awesome album, one of the best indie releases of the year.
i've been listening to it from time to time since it was released (even from earlier time. you know)

Genre: Indie Rock, Art Rock
Audio: mp3, CBR, 192 kbps
Size: 52 Mb
Length: 38:22
Release Date: Sep-11-2007
MySpace

Tracklisting:
01. Lower Your Standards
02. Varsity Drag
03. Deep End
04. Somebody to Smother
05. Long Division
06. Sounds Crazy But It Just Might Work
07. Happy Ending
08. Last 1
09. To Anyone in the World That Cares
10. The Usual Chords
11. Sing About Your Feelings

Quote
Slow Runner follows up their debut album, No Disassemble, with their newest lp, SHIV!. On this album, the band takes their sound to a new level with Michael Flynn's deepest songwriting yet and enough musical tricks and turns to make Brian Wilson blush. It's loud and ornery, but sophisticated and elegant too. Like a brilliant 14-year-old debutante with a drinking problem.
