I wouldn't mind hearing the new Still Remains, I got the EP from died20times yesterday, and I'm really impressed with it.

Looks like I will probably go and see them, they play here in around a months time I think

Still Remains / Trivium / 3 Inches of Blood.

the agony scene are also on the bill too...well they are here. i plan on going.

3 inches of blood are funny though. they remind me of modern metalcore mixed with king diamond. the high pitch falsetto screaming cracks me up.

yes and they're even better than on the ep. just too bad the mixing and mastering is not as good and powerful as i expected it to be.

Shawn Jonas, vocalist for Symphony In Peil, has left the band.

"After months of decision-making and prayer, I have decided to step down as the singer of Symphony In Peril. My life is very complicated with being a father, a husband, a band mate, and a full-time employee. I guess I am in a place in my life where it is time to settle down and focus on my family and career. I have been so blessed by the overwhelming support I have received since I have been back involved in music... Unlike other bands, during my departure we were on great terms and still are. There was no falling out or arguments over creative differences."

eh...thats kinda shitty news.
