Except the inverse - instead of the face of a happy looking woman, it's just the crying eyes of a woman. We all know how much Chino is into the 80's new wave bands, so I wouldn't be surprised. I could be wrong, though - if it's illustrated in that style, the dots would be gone and they seem to be a big component in all of this.
