Over the past 27 years, I have learned to just be patient. This is the longest wait between albums ever, but they are older. Been through a lineup change too. I've accepted it will happen when the time is right. My only real hope/wish is a single before the tour. Seems really odd to me to be sitting on a complete album and do a North American Tour with sold out arenas but not even play one track from it? I don't think in 2025, they would want people's first exposure to new material being a live recording for a cellphone. My fear is that they simply do not play or release a single during this tour. If goes down that way though, so be it. As long as the band has fun and they are confident in their plan and the new material....I just need to be patient and trust!

Someone on Reddit claims to have seen chino in LA today, their uk PR person is in LA. Most likely the Warner offices are also in LA.  I don't think it's a coincidence.

They rehearse in Sacramento, in "The spot" so it can't be rehearsals.

Sacto to LA is almost a 6 hour drive without accounting for traffic

And chinos wife is hanging out with the president of RSE group, who's an artist manager...

I'm pretty sure they have a rehearsal space in Burbank. But that's also where Warner Bros is, so they are likely taking care of album business as well.

Talking about releases I think a single comes out around 2 months before the release so I doubt it is March. For example Whitechapel released new singles last month and the album is coming March 25. Another good example is that Machine Head is dropping new single tomorrow and their new album is coming out in April. Hopefully I hope a single it is coming March and release date May? We can only hope while we cross the fingers in our hands and feet.

Usually bands share an invitation to their mailing list on social media, prior to announcing something like a tour, special offers, new music, etc.
E.g. the band Deafheaven recently sent out mailing list invites before dropping the first single of their new album roughly a week after.

Updating the mailing list on their website could potentially mean they are preparing to establish a new mailing list for an announcement.

well first of all its just my opinion and i dont want to assume anything too, im just too pumped for this too haha.

but! this can indicate a backend update or preparation for an announcement or backend testing, even if the main site remains unchanged.

bands update mailing lists before big news to collect subscribers and build anticipation.

the mailing list update can be a preparation for an announcement, likely to capture more fan emails before revealing new content.

i just say this because I dont see any other reason why this updated today in 4 years...
