If i remember correctly Ohms only leaked about 3 days prior to its release. Thats about as good as anyones gunna get unless dropping only digitally, which Deftones wont do. There will always be physical copies that have to be made which just makes it more likely to leak.

Yea im not sure how the album leaked that quick, i saw the album info leak and then the next day the audio did too. Might be because Cedric was fighting with the label about their documentary release, telling people to download it illegally rather than purchase it. Could be a payback of sorts on the labels behalf, however that would take money outta their pockets as well, so that seems unlikely. Frances the Mute the original 5 song version leaked 5 or 6 months before it came out. I was definitely surprised by the leak of the new album.

They tour the next 4/5 months. Shits gotta be done. Or they use May to finish shit and it's a late summer release.

I think we'll get something during the first part of the tour. Surely they plan to play new songs. Right? Like... how stupid would it be if they didn't play New songs for their busy tour leading up to a new album.

I hope that their new album is going to embrace some of the vibes off of Gore. I would like to hear some more angular riffs like in Geometric Headdress or that wall of sound like in Prayers/Triangles.
