I was JUST looking for an archive, the radio station is Reactor 105.7. I caught the last bit of the interview, it was actually with Abe, I just know he said they're touring Mexico in 2026 and something along the lines that "I think about you all the time" is your typical standard Deftones song

ah...we still have the interview abe's supposed to be doing on the 20th with i think a podcast too. at least that's more or less guaranteed to be archived since the interviewer will upload it. did a quick glancing over of what seems to be the radio station's instagram and no mention of the interview; i did try to check the station page that was linked over to see if i could play back the interview but it appears to be live only (which does make sense).

fr...how do you skip deathblow or geometric headdress? i can get skipping singles since you tend to hear them and get burnt out on them more than others but deathblow is chill and geo really grew on me

Way to miss the point completely..

The song is about Chino being mad about other peoples' outspoken expectation of *his* music. Coming off the heels of Gore and the often raised criticism that it was not "heavy" enough, he is expressing resentment at the idea that the "fans" can just snap their fingers and demand the band sound like they want them to sound.

The premise of him "dissing SL leakers looking for a link" makes the song's lyrics completely unintelligible
