I dont know much, just that there are only a few uploads left on youtube, and they're all from the last 2-3 months. There was a lyric video with a lot of views that was up for most of the 13 years that only got removed recently.

It might mean nothing, It might just be a new algorithm that is finally catching the videos? Who knows.

But I think there were versions that had been there for years that only now got removed.

It keeps getting removed due to copyright since it was never officially released. Today marks exactly 13 years since Chi Cheng passed, so people are probably reuploading it again.

Looks like the studio version of Smile has all but disappeared from YouTube.  I did a quick search earlier and only found 2 versions, one was uploaded yesterday,  and one from a couple of months ago with like 200 views. Everything else was the DDLD live version.  I didn't do a super deep dive to look either.
