It's Shaun Lopez, defsecrets lowkey confirmed it on the other thread. Plus, Chino Recorded Eros's vocal at shaun's studio (or at least, smile, as chino himself said)
Also. huge fan of Shaun's band revolution smile, and yeah that's totally him.

i've seen posts from two different people on here about working on mixing/mastering the tracks. i know one of them was deftones-argentina and the posts were on the original eros thread (maybe in the early pages of this thread too?) after news of the leak hit the forum. now that lossless wav files have been discovered it'll probably be even easier to do so! main problem then will be making it accessible since chances are the label will still strike anything eros-related for the time being.
Yeah that shit is top secret security clearance majestic now that they discovered it leaked. Everything would be DMCA'd, but I admittedly would listen to it because I can't resist any new Deftones music. I've listened to every leak except for the album that came out on my birthday.
I think they should allow the stems for their music [edit: meaning officially released, not Eros demos] to be available to fans, like Team Sleep did with "Ever", so fans can remix them. NIN did that too.
and to the person who wrote about "raping" the Eros material, come on... it's not that serious. We all hold the utmost respect for Chi, I couldn't live with myself if I missed my one and only shot at listening to that man's last musical contribution. I could die before Deftones finally decide it's time, or decide it's never going to see the light of day. Which was more likely.
Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it...
