Wow, no 7 Words for once? Not only as a closer but just not at all?

Oh, and I always see the setlists on the tour before I go to a show, and I don't even have to see them anway to know that 7 Words is their staple closer, but it would be funny if they play it like the third song into the set, and as soon as it was over I would probably start heading for the doors thinking "Wow we got fucked, that was such a short show..." Haha

No more 7 words live anymore.I hate it.It was good in the 90's. I dont think the song stood the taste of time.. I know Chino's son love  it but for fuck sake , every time I see Deftones they play it. Is it classified as I kind of Deftones anthem or sth? Like Davidian by Machine Head or Future Breed Machine by Meshuggah?!

For real. Fucking hate that song. I hate Swerve City almost as much but I'll admit, that song at least gets the place jumping and the crowd going. Diamond Eyes is just fucking boring.

I was surprised Swerve isn't the opener, either. That song seems like it was written just to open shows. And I agree about having some SNW in there too. When I saw them in March they didn't play a single song from it, and since they played something from every other album, it was a bit of a let down (I rationalize it by having been lucky enough to catch Cherry Waves in '11, though). Album doesn't get enough love.

I know bitching about the setlist is beating a dead horse, but goddamn, they really need to change it up. Get rid of adrenaline songs and change up the around the fur and white pony songs.

Wow I'm glad I got to see them before "Leathers". Song was so epic live. Looks like we'll never see some of the more interesting cuts (Goon Squad, Gauze, Graphic Nature) live. I think just by adding 1 or 2 of these would make it more interesting.
