Yes, but it's not a proper festival. As I wrote, they have only one act each night, and it lasts like... a normal concert! They'll probably have someone opening for them, but that's all. Dortmund is way cheaper, anyway.

I doubt that there will be more German dates on this run, maybe something in the UK like they did in 2006 with the free show.
seems like this is only a promotion tour with a few shows here and there.

and lahemi I'm from Bochum. no resting at my place, sorry, but I'm sure you all can party and from what I know from Visions parties/ shows at the FZW there is always an aftershow party with guest DJing by the band that played that night. so let's all party through the night!
