Might not be able to make the Dortmund show now - looking at train prices, I'd have to pay over €200 from Frankfurt. I have NO idea why it is so expensive!

check the deutsche bahn website again. you won't pay more than 100 euro. you only need to book them early and it also depends on what time you will start the travel. earlier times are cheaper

Friday afternoon Frankfurt to Dortmund is €58 which I can tolerate. But for some reason the return on Saturday is a minimum €148!! That was directly on the DB website!

from Dortmund on 8.5 at 4.37am to Frankfurt arrival at 8:13am for 29€

and by the way Dortmund really sold out within 2 days!
the FZW has a club and a big hall, not sure where the show will be. maybe even in the club because it sold out that fast. but on the other hand for only 10€ any deftones show would sell out that fast.

Yeah I am sure a London date will also be announced for then but at this stage it's strange how no mention of Dortmund has been officially made by the band and how no other European dates fall in the month of May.

They've just added another club date in Europe! Hopefully more to follow!!

so deftones play like 5 shows in Texas and then go to germany for one show. Thanks defsteve, i know you are right (you obviously work for overseas mngmnt of the band or are close to someone who does) and their are alot of open dates in between the shows before and after the release of diamond eyes so this is not a final release of scheduled shows, so more dates should be announced soon right? Field passes are sold out for saturday but stadium passes are still available, should be a great show.
