Sorry to hear that kiddo. Sucks getting older. I kinda stopped getting presents for my birthday by the time I hit 20, more or less. Plus you're basically getting the best gift of all, a fucking brand new Deftones album for your birthday (a couple days later!)

if you really want to get these items then having a job might be useful 
finding one might take some time though especially at 14/15(coming from someone thats your age).

One thing I am the most intrigued about the new album is the bass work because they have a new bassist. Unfortunately MMIAM isn't really a good sample as bass line mostly follows the guitar riff and Stephen's riff fill so much the low frequencies already, the bass does not have much room to breath.

Pfft no idea. I imagine they want to distinguish things a little more clearly given what happened with Sergio, whatever they do.

It is interesting that he's in the promo photos despite being quite clearly delineated as touring bassist otherwise. Suggests that they consider him a real part of the album at least, and that Lance, if he is involved at all, is nothing more than a small bit-part player on it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lance isn't on it, and if he is then I'd be surprised if it was more than one or two little features.

The Zane Lowe was fairly light on the new album so we'll what information emerges when the Kerrang/Metal Hammer-type feature interviews emerge.

I hope they do more podcasts and interviews. Chino did a few for Ohms, which was great. I just wanna see them do more long form interviews. It would be awesome if they did another Zane Lowe interview after the album launches where they can talk more in-depth about the new album. They couldn't really go into much detail in the recent interview for obvious reasons, but it would be cool if Zane got them for a follow up.

While I don't think I want or need another single, I do think it would be a good move on the band's part to keep up the hype for the month until the album drops. I selfishly hate hearing 2 out of 11 songs before the album releases. For once I'd like to go into this album knowing as little as possible. But if they released a new single this far out, there's no chance I can avoid listening to it.
