Deftones - private music (Album Thread)

MMIAM was not one of my favorites. Singles usually never are. It's really starting to settle in with me though. Fortunately I'm not playing it to death so it should feel nice and context of the entire album. As long as all the tracks are actual tracks and there's no interludes, I think I'd be okay with one more single. If there's an interlude though then I rather just wait for the entire album. Just a bit over a month away!

The track lengths are out in the wild. Sharinglungs shared them last week. Very unlikely any of the songs are interludes.

They've been teasing the private music cover and shit since then I think its crazy that we basically guessed it

With the purple snake and the snake tounge logo, I still wonder what that was inside of the deftones logo for the one video.

Apparently in the album inlay they will be using private photos from their phones accumulated over last 3 years. At least this is what Chino mentioned in Zane interview. This would also make a cool vis to a track.

Most of everything has been said and done for at this point. Only thing that could be done until the album release is another single (very possible) and more interviews. I particularly hope there's other interviews coming. The Zane Lowe one was great and it left me wanting more.

i think (and also hope) that they'll play a few songs from the new record. it's guaranteed that they'll atleast play the single(s) since the tour will start after the release of the new record as a means to promote it
