doing that tonight, probably.

Oceanic is pure ecstasy. Panopticon is great too, but fails to suck me in like Oceanic.

I'm sorta new to Isis too, is Celestial a good album?

Btw, my daughter is named Isis. :)

Zevaka

i never kenw there's such a girl name, but it sounds pretty awesome

Quoteis Celestial a good album?

Celestial is a strong album in it's own right. It's probably not as diverse as their later albums, but it's as heavy as ISIS can get and never lacks intensity. an album that helped create some amazing follow up albums ... so.... the answer is a clear 'Yes', go get that album.

theis

The Mosquito Control EP is some of the heaviest music I've ever heard. Scary shit.

mr.sinister

Has anyone listened to it yet?! I'm at work so I can't d/l it!!!

glassdomino

Well I definitely like it more than their last album.  On the first play through,  Hall of the Dead is my favorite track.

it's a lot more darker than their past two albums, I'd kind of associate it with Oceanic.  Slow and trudging, the keyboard stands out a lot more now.

Going to take a few listens to see how it stacks up.

20 minutes/ 40 years is fucking incredible.

The streets have gone dark. They've been dark for days. We board up the house. Hide upstairs and wait!
